random on trigger (ableton midi device)

update for v1.0.3:

- added more mapping slots (using the stock LFO mapping maxpatch)

- switch between 'percent' and 'integer' for more precise/flexible range settings 

- new velocity mode to output values according to the input midi velocity

bugfixes (kinda):

- should fix the problem where the 'livenumbox' parameter takes up all of the undo history 

a mappable midi device that spits out random values on midi trigger. 

(sorry if it has any bugs but i probably won't be able to fix it cuz im still a novice)

also any modifications/improvements are welcome, lmk if u made it better :)
