shoal (a lofi m4l device for Ableton Live)

based on the Shallow Water guitar pedal by Fairfield Circuitry, shoal is a max for live device that utilizes a low pass gate and filter to create a warbly, lofi sensation. I've also added a compressor to add subtle or rigid distortion to the signal to further enhance its degraded character.

the device should work in Live 11 and up (could work on older versions but have not checked)
